Private Dining Room

Mr Vincenzo’s private dining room is made for occasions that deserve a room of their own. Tucked away from the main dining room, it’s one of Mornington Peninsula's most intimate private dining spaces - polished without being stiff, attentive without hovering.
The food is seasonal, house-made and proudly Peninsula - the same quality you’d find in the main room, served with the same care.
Whether you’re planning a birthday dinner, anniversary, engagement celebration or corporate lunch, this is a private dining venue that takes the occasion as seriously as you do.
Bistro
Seated up to 40 guests | Standing up to 60 guests
The heart of Mr Vincenzo’s. When the bistro fills up, the whole room finds its rhythm: shared plates moving across tables, wine being poured, conversations running long.
Available for semi-private hire, it’s an ideal function restaurant for team events, group celebrations, birthday parties and gatherings that call for generous food and a lively, convivial atmosphere.
Wine Bar
Standing up to 50 guests
A darker corner of the venue, the wine bar is where the evening settles in - guests moving between the bar and each other, glasses in hand, conversation easy.
One of the more intimate private dining spaces in the venue, it's best suited to cocktail-style functions, canapé evenings and wine-led gatherings where the atmosphere does the work.
A standout choice for engagement parties, private group dining and end-of-year celebrations - including Christmas functions and corporate Christmas parties.
Terrace
Standing up to 20 guests
Relaxed, light-filled and connected to the energy of the main room - the terrace is where the evening begins or where a smaller group finds its own pace.
Use it for pre-dinner drinks, a casual afternoon gathering or as a natural spill-out space for larger private events and functions.
Exclusive Hire
Up to 96 guests
When the occasion calls for scale, Mr Vincenzo’s is available for exclusive restaurant hire - bistro, wine bar and terrace brought together into one seamless private event venue. The space moves naturally from early drinks through to a full, animated dining room, without losing the warmth that makes it work.
Suited to large group dining events, Christmas party functions, brand events, engagement parties, milestone birthdays and any private party venue need that benefits from a strong sense of place. We’ll work with you on a menu, beverage package and run-of-show that fits - nothing off-the-shelf.
Food & Drink
Menus for private functions are built the same way as everything else at Mr Vincenzo’s - seasonal, generous and made to share. We draw on local Peninsula producers and Mediterranean flavours, with an approach to group dining that's relaxed without being careless.
Choose between a seated dining experience or a more social, canapé-style service depending on your event, with optional additions including premium seafood and Peninsula grazing boards.
Our beverage offering features Peninsula and international wines hand-selected by our team, alongside house-crafted cocktails, with flexible packages available.
